On Sunday, 12 April 2026, there will be irregularities in regional bus services to/from Linz between 02:00 and approx. 15:00 due to the Linz Danube Marathon.
The following regional bus routes are affected: 201, 209, 219, 229, 230, 231, 239, 249, 251, 260, 270, 279, 289, 305, 309, 311, 312, 314, 319, 329, 336, 339, 340, 341, 346, 348, 349, 360, 362, 365, 379, 389, 400, 409, 410, 601, 609, 670, 699

The A7 Mühlkreis motorway will be closed in both directions between the Prinz-Eugen-Straße and Linz Dornach junctions from 02:00 to approx. 12:00.
- All services on routes 260 and 270 will start and end at the Winklerbrücke stop during this time.
- Route 702 of line 305 starts at 11:17 from the Linz JKU University stop in the direction of Altenberg.
- Lines 279, 309, 311, 312, 314, 336, 339, 360 and 361 will be diverted via Steyreggerbrücke to the Linz Chemiepark and Linz Hbf Busterminal stops.
All routes 201, 209, 219, 229, 230, 231, 239, 249, 251 and 289 will be diverted in both directions via the A26 New Danube Bridge and the Römerberg Tunnel to Linz Central Station and Linz Chemiepark (Voestalpine) from 4.00 a.m. until the end of the closures. Lines 670 and 699 will also be diverted via the Römerberg tunnel.
From 4.00 a.m. until the end of the closures, all services on routes 400 and 410 will be routed from the Linz Simonystraße stop via the Ebelsberg bypass, the A7 motorway and the Bindermichl Tunnel directly to the Linz main railway station bus terminal and back.
From 4.00 a.m. until the end of the lockdown, all buses on routes 601 and 609 will be routed via Waldeggstraße to Linz Central Station and via the A7 motorway to the Linz Chemiepark bus stop and back.
