What fare reductions are available for the disabled/blind/severely war-disabled?

1. People with disabilities pay half price for OÖVV single and day tickets upon presentation of a disability card (degree of disability at least 70% or "fare reduction"), an ÖBB-Österreichcard Special (also as an app) or a series C severely disabled person's pass from the Ministry of Social Affairs (from a reduction in earning capacity of at least 70%).
