The ordering process is quick and uncomplicated at shop.ooevv.at. Once you have entered all your details and paid online (EPS or credit card), you will immediately receive a provisional ticket that entitles you to travel on public transport. If you choose the "prepayment" payment method, you will only receive a provisional ticket once the payment has been received by OÖVV. Please note that this may take a few days! It is even easier for those who have already ordered a ticket in the webshop in previous years: The data from the previous year can easily be transferred.
Tickets can also be ordered by paper application. We ask for your understanding that ordering tickets by paper application takes considerably longer to process. All paper applications submitted will be entered into the system individually, after which you will receive a request for payment. This request for payment must be paid as quickly as possible, because only then we can issue a ticket.
Tip: For easier and faster processing, we recommend ordering tickets via our ticket shop online.
