The Johannesweg in the Mühlviertel is a circular hiking trail around 84 kilometres long that combines nature experiences and contemplation. In three to five stages, it leads through the gentle hilly landscape of the Mühlviertler Alm, past panoramic peaks, cultural highlights and numerous places of power. Along twelve stations, impulses invite you to pause for a moment, gain new perspectives and draw fresh energy for everyday life - in the spirit of getting out of everyday life and into nature.
Thanks to good public transport connections, individual stages can also be ideally organised as a day trip with bus stops directly along the hiking route. After a long day of hiking, the return journey from your destination ensures comfort and relaxation - environmentally friendly and stress-free.
