Can I change the area of validity of my KlimaTicket OÖ?

Yes, you have the option of extending your KlimaTicket OÖ Regional, either to include an additional core zone (Linz, Wels or Steyr), to be valid in the entire Upper Austria region (including all core zones) or to switch to the KlimaTicket Austria. To do this, it is necessary to cancel your current ticket and issue a new, extended ticket. When changing to a higher-value ticket, there are no processing fees for the cancellation and refund.

The cancellation must be made by the OÖVV customer centre.
