How can I pay for the KlimaTicket OÖ?
You can buy all ticket categories of the KlimaTicket OÖ quickly and conveniently in the OÖVV ticket shop or in person at the OÖVV customer centre. The following payment methods are available to you:

Credit card (Visa/Mastercard) or debit card (Maestro/V Pay/Debit Mastercard)
SEPA direct debit (10 monthly instalments)
The ticket price can be debited from an account in instalments. The first two monthly instalments must be paid as a deposit when ordering. The remaining amount will be debited from the third month of validity by SEPA direct debit in ten equal monthly instalments within the first ten working days of each calendar month.
You only need the IBAN account number of your Austrian bank account for the payment process. Please ensure that the account has sufficient funds, otherwise the amount cannot be collected and charges will be incurred.

Credit/debit card
The KlimaTicket Oberösterreich can be paid for conveniently by credit card. Visa and MasterCard are accepted - both as credit and debit cards. As a rule, registration for a security procedure such as 3D Secure ("Verified by Visa" or "Mastercard SecureCode") is required. The card number, expiry date and security code (CVC) are required. Additional authorisation via app or SMS-TAN may be required.
EPS instant bank transfer
EPS payment (Electronic Payment Standard) is a simple and secure online payment method that has been specially developed for Austrian bank customers. When purchasing your KlimaTicket OÖ, you can use this option to pay the ticket price directly via your online banking - without a credit card or direct debit mandate.
This is how the EPS payment works:
- Select payment method: When purchasing tickets in the OÖVV ticket shop, select "Online bank transfer" as the payment method.
- Select your bank: You will be redirected to the login page of your Austrian bank.
- Online banking login: Log in to your online banking as usual.
- Confirm payment: Check the pre-filled payment details and authorise the payment (e.g. via TAN or app)
- Finished: After successful payment, you will be redirected back to the ticket shop and receive your ticket.
