When registering, I would like to transfer my previous data, but I cannot enter my card number in the field

This function is only available for tickets with a validity start date after 1 September 2025.

For data protection reasons, no old data has been transferred from the previous sales system.

Therefore, only the following tickets can be used in the field for the ticket number:

KlimaTicket OÖ with validity after 01 September 2025
ÖBB Vorteilscard
KlimaTicket Austria

If your card was issued before this date, automatic data transfer is unfortunately not possible.

I can't upload my photo.

Make sure that you upload a photo of yourself in which your face is clearly recognisable (e.g. a passport photo). The photo should also have good contrast. Do not use night, backlit or black and white photos.

Minimum resolution: 530px x 530px (height x width)

Permitted file format: JPEG, PNG

Maximum file size: 2 megabytes

How can I order the KlimaTicket OÖ?

To order a KlimaTicket OÖ, you must register in the OÖVV ticket shop.

Product selection

The KlimaTicket OÖ Special must be selected for people with disabilities.

AttentionFor people with disabilities or severely disabled persons on presentation (at the inspection) of a valid Austrian disability pass (with at least 70% degree of disability, the note on the fare reduction or the pictogram "train with coins") or a series C severely disabled person's pass (with at least 70% reduction in earning capacity).

Select start of validity

The KlimaTicket OÖ can be booked a maximum of two months in advance. The start of validity can be selected to the exact day.

Select ticket type

Please noteIf payment by instalments is desired, this must already be selected here on the offer page!

Confirm selection

Upload photo

Upload the photo from the local device. The image can be cropped with a frame. The rotate function is at the bottom.

The payment method can be selected. The payment button only turns red or becomes active once the terms and conditions and fare conditions have been confirmed. After clicking on "Pay now", you will be taken to the relevant page where you will be asked to enter your payment details.

After completing the payment process, you will be redirected to the confirmation page.

After the order

AttentionThe provisional ticket can only be downloaded when the KlimaTicket Upper Austria becomes valid. If the start of validity is in the future, the ticket can only be downloaded on that day.

The provisional ticket will not be sent or an e-mail with the link to the provisional ticket will not be sent. You can access the provisional ticket by clicking on "My booking" in the booking confirmation email. You can thendownload the provisional ticket on the page you are redirected to.

Will my KlimaTicket Upper Austria be extended automatically?

Due to our new ticket shop, the following applies:

If you have a KlimaTicket OÖ whose expiry date is BEFORE 31 July 2026, your ticket will not be automatically extended. The ordering process is quick and easy in the OÖVV ticket app and in the OÖVV ticket shop.
You will be informed of this in good time.
If you have a KlimaTicket OÖ whose expiry date is AFTER 31 July 2026 , your ticket will be automatically extended.
You will be informed of this in good time.

When does the KlimaTicket Upper Austria become valid?

The validity of the KlimaTicket OÖ can be selected to the exact day.

The KlimaTicket OÖ can be purchased online at any time in the OÖVV ticket shop up to two months in advance. As soon as the ticket is valid, you can download a provisional ticket.

Is there a provisional ticket for the KlimaTicket Upper Austria?

To tide you over until you receive your KlimaTicket Upper Austria by post, you will receive a provisional ticket. This can be presented in printed form and is only valid in conjunction with a photo ID (identity card, driving licence, e-card with photo, ...).

Please note that the provisional ticket can only be purchased/downloaded from the start of its validity!

Can the KlimaTicket OÖ be cancelled or returned?

The KlimaTicket OÖ cannot be cancelled. However, it can be cancelled during the period of validity from the seventh month of validity without giving reasons.
