I would like to change my personal data.

If you wish to change your personal details (first name, surname, date of birth or photo), you will need to order a new ticket for a fee.

You can obtain the relevant form from our Customer Centre or on our website in the Downloads section.

To change your data, please complete the form "Data change for OÖVV student and apprentice tickets, youth ticket network" in full.
Send the completed form with your original ticket by post to us (OÖVV Customer Centre, Volksgartenstraße 23, 4020 Linz).
As soon as we have made the change, we will send you an updated provisional ticket.
Please bear in mind the processing time for reissuing your ticket.

My date of birth or name is not accepted. What should I do?

Personal data such as name and date of birth are automatically copied from the last order.

If you wish to make changes, please contact us using our contact form.

My family allowance has expired or is not available.

If you are a non-EU citizen, you must upload a valid confirmation of receipt of the family allowance during the order process. You will receive this from the tax office.

Why can't I just enter the street without the input help?

The address input aid prevents inaccurate input of street names and/or places. The data displayed is supplied by the BEV (Federal Office of Metrology and Surveying) and corresponds to the current Austrian data status.

The address input does not work. What should I do?

In the "Step 1: Input help for address details" field, you can use a search function to find your address. Parts of the address are often sufficient as input.

In the " Step 2: Select address" field, matches with the entry in the selection field are displayed.

You can then click on the correct address suggestion.

The fields (postcode, town/city, street, house number) are automatically accepted with a click.

The staircase/door can be entered manually.

Despite uploading a photo, no image is displayed. What should I do?

If no photo is displayed despite uploading a photo, please wait. Depending on the internet speed and size of the photo, it may take some time before the photo is displayed.

My image is too large and therefore cannot be uploaded. What do I have to do?

If the photo you want to upload is too large, you can send it to the OÖVV Customer Centre using our contact form. We will then be happy to process it for you.
