1. After registering, you will receive an e-mail with a confirmation link.

Please print out the ticket and use it for your journeys until you receive the original ticket. Once we have received your payment, the ticket you have ordered will be sent to you by post in around two weeks.

There is a health and nursing school at the BFI Linz. Students of this school are entitled to free travel, but only nursing students (not nursing assistants) are entitled to travel from their place of residence to the BFI. The Youth Ticket network is required for journeys to the hospital. Nursing assistants (formerly nursing assistants): Nursing assistants can purchase a Youth Ticket network, but they are not entitled to a student ticket, even if the training takes place at a nursing school. The school is responsible for checking eligibility.

After submitting the completed application form, you will receive a payment slip by post. This is pre-filled by us with the recipient details, amount and purpose. Pay the ticket price with your MasterCard or Visa card. We accept credit and debit cards. Registration for the 3D Secure procedure (Verified by Visa or Mastercard SecureCode) is required, depending on your bank.

You will need your credit card number, expiry date and security code. You will find this information on your card. Depending on your bank, you may also need to confirm the payment via the app or SMS Tan.

EPS instant bank transfer

Pay the ticket price with EPS Sofortüberweisung, the secure online payment system of Austrian banks. You will need your online banking authorisation and PIN code for the payment process.

Please select your bank. You will then be redirected to your online banking. To log in, please use your bank details and the verification method of your online banking. The amount and all payment details will be transferred automatically.

After completing your order, you will immediately receive a provisional ticket by e-mail to bridge the production time

The provisional ticket will only be sent by e-mail once your payment has been received. Please note that receipt of payment and booking can take a few days, this process can take up to 5 days.

School transport on occasional services
