1. After registering, you will receive an e-mail with a confirmation link.
   
1. Please click on the link and confirm your registration.
   
2. Then log in to the OÖVV ticket shop with your e-mail address and password. Create the person for whom the ticket is to be ordered in the system and use the input help for this. Finally, upload the portrait photo in sufficient quality.
   
3. Choose between student/apprentice ticket and youth ticket network.
4. Enter the order code and the school details.
   
5. Select the route. The system automatically suggests appropriate routes.
6. Select the payment method (EPS/online banking, credit card or prepayment). The order process must be completed online by the applicant.
   
7. Once payment has been received, you will be sent a provisional ticket by e-mail (if you have selected the EPS/online banking or credit card payment method, you will receive this by e-mail immediately after the order has been placed; if you have selected the prepayment payment method, you will receive this when we have booked the receipt and the order status has been paid). Please print out the ticket and use it for your journeys until you receive the original ticket. Once we have received your payment, the ticket you have ordered will be sent to you by post in around two weeks.
   

The names of stops (except in the core zones of Linz, Wels and Steyr) have been changed to regional zone names. This means that the regional zones in which the boarding and alighting stops are located are listed outside the core zones. The regional zone designations enable a more flexible choice of route and a free choice of means of transport within the specified regional zones. This means that you are no longer tied to boarding or alighting stops or transport lines, but can move freely within the specified regional zones using any means of public transport.

Change means that the ticket holder is authorised to change within the specified core zone (Linz, Wels, Steyr).

Core zones are the respective inner-city transport services in the cities of Linz, Wels and Steyr.

1. Please check the entry of the apprenticeship contract number.(Apprenticeship contract numbers in Upper Austria and Salzburg consist of 10 digits).
   
2. Apprentices in Lower Austria and Styria require an order code from the relevant Chamber of Commerce.
   
3. If you have just received your apprenticeship contract number, it may not yet be in our system. In this case, please try entering it again on the next working day.
4. The Economic Chamber is responsible for activating the apprenticeship contract number.
   

1. You only need to select a route if you want to order a student or apprentice ticket.
   
2. No route selection is necessary for the Youth Ticket Network.
   
3. After entering the home address and destination address, possible routes are automatically displayed.
   
4. If the desired connection is not displayed despite "Change start address", "Change boarding stop" or a change in journey time, please contact us.

2. As the exit stop is linked to the respective school, it cannot be selected individually.

The ticket and invoice will be sent by post to the address specified by the ticket purchaser

The data of the educational institutions authorised for the student or apprentice ticket have been coordinated with the Upper Austrian Education Directorate.

In principle, only a group of users defined in the Family Burden Equalisation Act is entitled to the school pupil or apprentice ticket or to the youth ticket network.
