I have paid in too much. How do I get the money back?

You can reclaim any excess amounts paid in using the form. You can find the refund form on our homepage under Service > Downloads. Print out the form, fill it in completely, sign it by hand and then send it to the OÖVV with the necessary proof of payment. Please note that a handwritten signature is required on the form. Alternatively, we also accept citizen card/mobile phone signatures on the PDF applications. You are also welcome to hand in the documents in person at our customer centre .
