I am a vocational student. Do I get a student ticket?

1. Attendance at a recognised vocational school on at least 4 school days per week or at least one day per week over 10 weeks or 1 additional day
   
2. Age < 24 (validity ends with the month of the 24th birthday)
   
3. Place of residence and/or place of training in Austria
   
4. Receipt of family allowance (non-EU citizens must upload a confirmation of receipt of family allowance from the tax office during the order process)
   
5. Payment of the statutory deductible: € 19.60
   

1. OÖVV student ticket:
   
1. only valid on the route between the place of residence and the place of education
   
2. for the purpose of school attendance
   
3. valid for one school year, but only on school days
   
4. not valid during free time!
   

Boarding school pupils: There is no OÖVV pupil ticket for travelling between home and boarding school or home. Under certain conditions, you can apply for a home travel allowance from the relevant tax office. The youth ticket network offers a sensible alternative.

1. Youth ticket network: With the Youth Ticket Network, vocational school students can travel to their place of training as well as to their vocational school and also benefit from the following advantages:
   
1. valid throughout Upper Austria
   
2. any number of journeys on public transport in the Upper Austrian network area
   
3. valid every day
   
4. valid during holidays and for leisure trips
   
5. always valid from 1 September for 13 months
