Participants in a training programme for medical assistance professions in accordance with Article 1 of the MED Assistance Professions Act and participants in a training programme for nursing assistants are entitled to free travel.in accordance with§ Furthermore, participants in a training programme for surgical assistants are also entitled, provided that the training takes place at a school for healthcare and nursing in accordance with the Healthcare and Nursing Act (GuKG) or at a school for medical assistance professions in accordance with the Medical Assistance Professions Act (MABG).
